How do I book an event with GrillBilly's?
Contact us by email or by phone. We will need to know the date, time, and location of the event, estimated number of guests, and menu you would like to serve. We can help you plan a menu if you are unsure about it. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book your event.
How much notice is necessary to book an event?
Most events are reserved one or more months in advance, however we can usually (and are happy to) accommodate only a few days notice.
What if I want to make changes to the menu or number of guests?
No problem. You can make menu changes anytime until the week before the event. We will call you a few days before the event to get a final head count and firm up any other details.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due the day of the event.
What does GrillBilly's bring to the event?
Depending upon the job, we will bring either a truck with a trailer mounted cooker, or a trailer with portable cooking equipment (deep fryers, grills, burners, etc.). We will bring everything necessary to prepare and serve the food. We will provide serving utensils, plates, cutlery, cups, napkins, condiments, and ice.
What does GrillBilly's need at the event?
For a typical event, we will need a space aproximately 10’X30′ to set up and cook. At larger events we may need more space. We will also need access to an electrical outlet and water. If either are not available, please let us know so that we can bring it with us.
What will we need to provide at the event?
Tables and chairs for your guests to sit and eat, as well as a tent if necessary. You will also need to provide trash cans for your guests to use. GrillBilly’s staff will not remove trash from the event unless prior arrangements have been made.
Does GrillBilly's provide alcoholic beverages?
No. You will be responsible for the purchase and serving of all alcoholic beverages at your event.
When will GrillBilly's arrive at my event?
For barbecues, we will arrive approximately 3 hours prior to serve time. Other events usually require a minimum of 1 hour prep and cooking time. Once we serve the food, we typically stay an additional 2 hours to maintain the serving line and to clean our cooking area.
What happens with any leftover food?
GrillBilly’s will package cooked and leftover food and leave it with the host.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from holding the event on the day originally scheduled. We will gladly reschedule the event with no additional charges. We only ask that you give us at least 3 days notice.
What if it rains?
We are prepared to cook rain or shine. We always bring a tent with us to work under.
