Basic Wedding Package Starting at $11.00 Per Person
Basic Package Includes:
- 1 Meat*, 2 Sides**, Dinner Roll, Condiments
- Sweet & Unsweet Tea, Lemonade, Ice
- 10” Clear Plastic Plate, Heavy Duty Chrome Colored Cutlery, Hard Plastic “Crystal” Tumbler, Dinner Napkin
- Meal served buffet style.
- *Meat includes any from our menu except Steak, Seafood, Whole Hog, Wings
- **Sides include any from our menu except Fruit Salad & Garden Salad (add $2.50 per person)
- Each additional meat add $2.50 per person
- Each additional side add $1.50 per person
- Chafers/Food Warmers $25 each
- Food Servers $50 each for local events with a 2 hour serve time
- Bus Tables $100
- Other options for dinnerware call for pricing
- A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a date. Balance is due on day of wedding.
- Changes to the menu can be made up to 1 week before the wedding. Final head count must be
given 1 week before the wedding. Any adjustments in bill that need to be made will appear on final
- GrillBilly’s does not charge a set up fee.
- There may be a travel fee for events held outside of our normal service area. (approx. 50 mile
radius of Jacksonville)
- GrillBilly’s typically cooks on site, but can deliver if necessary.
- We allocate approximately 5 hours for our staff to be at the venue preparing food, setting up and
maintaining the serving table and beverage station, and cleaning up our work area. There may be
an additional charge if asked to arrive earlier or stay later, and arrangements to do so must be
made with sufficient notice.
- We do not provide linens or tables.
- We package any left over food and leave with the family.
- We only clear the buffet & beverage tables and clean up our work area as part of the Basic
